Before delivery day
- Check site access. Make sure the delivery address can be reached by large vehicles. Poor access can cause delays or additional charges.
- Confirm the details. We'll confirm delivery arrangements with you before your order is sent.
If something arrives damaged
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. More detail is on our Returns & Refunds page.
